In the Stø Company Portal (hereinafter referred to as "the portal"), you, as a representative of a reseller who has entered into a reseller agreement with BankID BankAxept AS (hereinafter referred to as "BIDBAX"), can order products and services on behalf of the reseller and the reseller's customers. This privacy statement is prepared for this purpose.
The privacy statement is part of the reseller agreement, which regulates the terms and conditions for the products and services available for ordering in the portal.
BIDBAX is the data controller for the personal data you provide when using the portal.
By processing activities, we mean the processing we undertake with your personal data when you use the portal;
To log in to the portal and authenticate yourself, and to simplify filling in contact information in forms.
When you use the functionality of the portal, we process your personal data so that you can order products and services, sign orders, generate agreement documents, and manage history, including your activities in the portal, as well as the date and time you were logged in.
When you log in and use the portal, we process your name, email address, telephone number, the company you represent, access role, a unique identifier from your eID, and your activities in the portal.
The processing of your personal data is based on the dealership agreement between the dealer, which you represent, and BIDBAX.
Your personal data may be processed by a data processor who processes your personal data as a subcontractor for BIDBAX.
BIDBAX always enters into a data processing agreement with its data processors, and any data processors will only process the information in accordance with the Personal Data Act (Norwegian: Personopplysningsloven), BIDBAX's instructions, and for the purposes for which your personal data has been collected. Personal data may be disclosed to authorities or other third parties if there is legal basis for it.
We only use necessary and functional cookies in the portal. This means that the cookies in use are necessary for the website to function, to verify that a logged-in person with access is logged in, and to link the user to the correct organization.
We do not use third-party cookies for advertising on third-party websites.
BIDBAX will store your information as long as you represent a reseller and to show a history of ordering processes and agreement documents. History will be stored in accordance with storage requirements in the Accounting Act. When that time has passed, your personal data will be deleted.
BIDBAX has a data protection officer. You can always contact the data protection officer if you have questions about BIDBAX's processing of your personal data as a business customer. The data protection officer can be reached most easily at personvern@bidbax.no.
You have the right to receive information about what personal data is processed about you in BIDBAX's business. If you have questions, you can send an inquiry to personvern@bidbax.no.
If you believe that BIDBAX has not complied with your rights under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Contact information is available at www.datatilsynet.no.
All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of privacy legislation. This text may be updated. The latest version is always available on our website.
