We don’t care where you come from or what your background is, as long as you enjoy working with others to achieve great results. We have an open and inclusive work environment and want our teams to consist of people with diverse backgrounds and personalities.
The working language in the company is Norwegian, but we also have many English-speaking employees and offer Norwegian courses to those who are interested.

The purpose of the case assignment is not to throw you off, but to understand how you work and think.

We have an informal work culture with minimal hierarchy, but we still prioritize security and doing things properly. What matters most to us is getting the tasks done, not the titles people hold.
Office locations
Oslo
BankID BankAxept AS has its headquarters in Posthuset, central Oslo, with a view of the city and a short distance to public transport and cultural attractions. In Oslo, we have about 200 employees working in ID, payment, and KYC.
Bergen
In Bergen, the office is centrally located in the city among the wooden houses of Nøstet. Here, there is a strong tech environment with just under 20 employees working on both BankAxept, BankID, and Stø services.
Stavanger
We have new offices at Kongsgata 52 in Stavanger, near Breiavatnet and Stavanger station. In Stavanger, BankID BankAxept has around 15 employees who primarily work on the KYC service Kundesjekk.

We believe that office spaces are crucial for building culture, relationships, and working effectively together. Therefore, we prefer to have as many people as possible in the office. However, sometimes it’s nice to be able to work from home, so we allow our employees to work up to 40% of the time from a home office.
While some meetings and functions do require physical presence, teams best manage this themselves. The main workplace is the office, and everyone is welcome here!
