BankID can be integrated into the IVR/telephony system, allowing customers to be identified while they are waiting in the phone queue. With this solution, the customer is securely identified when the agent answers the call, and the entire conversation can focus on helping the customer. The service can also be used directly by an advisor, who can trigger identification in the BankID app when needed.

Save over a minute per conversation

Based on our tests, it takes 1–1.5 minutes to identify customers in a phone call. If you use our portal solution, this time can be reduced to 20 seconds, but the real efficiency gain comes when identification is integrated into the phone system. Then the verification is done on the way in to the advisor, who doesn’t need to spend any time on it.

Secure and simple user experience

The service requires the customer to have downloaded the BankID app and activated biometrics. The actual identification is done using biometrics in the BankID app, without a password. Fast, secure and simple!
