A lightweight alternative to BankID Signing
Document signing isn’t suitable for everyone. With Approval you can send short messages to the user, and you get the text, the user, the time, and the approval all linked together. This is secure enough in many situations and doesn’t require archiving, distribution tools, or document management.
With Approval, the user sees messages of up to 250 characters directly in the BankID app, which can be accepted or rejected on the spot.
Verifiable, but not a real signature
BankID Approval is verifiable in the sense that you can see that the user has approved the specific text, but it is not a true signature in terms of regulations. If you need fully verifiable electronic signatures, we recommend BankID Signing.
