Identisure

Identisure specializes in the new Caller Authentication feature and makes it easy for companies to verify a customer’s identity using BankID over the phone. With Identisure, customers can identify themselves quickly and securely using facial recognition or fingerprint authentication in the BankID app in just a few seconds, directly during the phone call.

The service is web-based, requires no integration, and can be deployed immediately — or connected to systems such as ITX, Zisson, Telavox, Salesforce, and Zendesk for more complex needs.
