Stø launches KYC Flow in the Norwegian market.

After great success with both Kundesjekk and Know Your Customer, Stø is now ready to migrate the first customers to the new KYC system, KYC Flow.

Migration of current customers will happen gradually to ensure a stable and optimal experience from day one. The service is built for continuous development, and new functionality will be introduced on an ongoing basis.

This marks the beginning of a new era for customer due diligence: a modern platform that combines structure, data, and flow, making everyday work even more efficient for businesses subject to reporting obligations.

KYC Flow brings the entire customer due diligence process into one solution – from collecting customer information to risk classification and ongoing monitoring. Customers retain full control over professional assessments but gain better oversight, less manual work, and more secure processes.

Built for continuous development

KYC Flow is developed on a new, modern platform that enables the launch of new functionality continuously, in line with market needs and regulatory changes.

Gradual launch, starting with new customers

The launch of KYC Flow on December 1 marks the first phase of the rollout. We start with new customers and partners to ensure a stable and optimal experience from day one. After that, we will gradually migrate existing customers to KYC Flow – in close dialogue, based on needs, complexity of the current service, and timing.

We have a solid migration plan, both for our direct customers and our partner customers. We aim to deliver more than just a new system. Our goal is to provide a better everyday experience for our customers.

Going forward

Stø’s first priority has been to consolidate and replace our previous KYC services: Kundesjekk and Know Your Customer. The next phase is about building further and addressing real market needs, so we can become the preferred KYC partner for our customers, today and tomorrow.
