No. If you are going to sign a document electronically, you cannot use BankID with biometrics.

BankID with biometrics (corresponding to the Substantial level) can be used to display information such as amount and recipient in connection with a payment or similar.

You can check this by using a PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader, or by using various web services that validate the signature against the EU trust list.
